The Spirit E325 is ideal for those with large families or if you like to entertain. This 3 burner barbeque grills and roasts with ease, check out this video showing the cooking styles you can try on this barbeque.  The cooking temperature of the barbecue is easy to control and there is a built-in thermometer on the lid to check while cooking without having to lift the lid. The grill lights consistently first time with an easy push button electronic ignition and has a quick preheat of around 15 minutes.

The heat from the three burners spreads consistently across the whole cooking area, which is made of porcelain-enamelled cast iron, so there are no annoying heat spots.  The porcelain-enamel finish also helps prevent rusting and cracking. The Spirit E-325 has a larger cooking area than the Spirit E-225 and in addition it also has a side burner hob (not featured on the Spirit E-310) which can be used to prepare side dishes and/or sauces to accompany your meals.  On the other side of the main grill area is a side table for holding your utensils and dishes. In-built above the grill is a warming rack for keeping food warm and out of the way of the main grill area if you require more cooking space.

The Spirit II E-325 is designed around the GBS (Gourmet Barbeque System) system. The porcelain-enamelled cast iron grates are in two halves, with a round piece in the middle. This round piece is easily replaced by additional GBS accessories designed for specific foods - such as a pizza stone, dutch oven and poultry roaster. Cleaning the Spirit E325 is straightforward with a front accessed grease tray and removeable drip pan which gathers the majority of cooking runoff.   Hillmount stock a wide range of Weber cleaning products and tools to keep your barbecue looking good as new.   

The Spirit E325 has a study frame with a cabinet beneath the main grill.  The BBQ is easy to move, despite its large size, has it stands on 4 swivel casters, 2 of which are locking to keep the BBQ securely in place when you want it to be stationary.
