The cooking system on this Broil King Crown 490 gas barbecue features Flav-R-Cast cast iron cooking grids to sear the perfect steak, The grates can be angled to channel excess cooking juices away, This helps to avoid any flare ups, which are backed up with stainless steel Flav-R-Wave heat diffusers which will vaporise cooking juices to add great flavour infusing the food being cooked above them.

This model features a 2,968 sq. cm primary cooking surface and includes 4 stainless steel tube burners, a cast aluminum cookbox, reversible heavy-duty cast iron cooking grids, a stainless steel Flav-R-Wave cooking system, plus an electronic ignition all combined with black powder coat drop down side shelves, and an enclosed cabinet base with two dooRS.

This model also features a 4.4 kW Rear Rotisserie Kit.

We recommend using a Broil King Select Series cover on your barbecue when not in use. These are crafted from durable and weather resistant PVC / 500 x 300 denier polyester lining. These durable covers feature hook-and-loop tabs that secure the cover around the grill, polyester handles for easy removal, hanging loops for convenient storage and the Broil King brand logo on the front.
