The 19mm cordierite stone floor, reaches 500°C for unrivalled heat retention, Cooking your pizza from the bottom up.
The unique patented baffle technology sends the flame reaching for the open door, creating the perfect distance between the flame and your pizza.
The dense insulation layers between the inner shell and outer casing allow open door cooking with minimal heat loss.
Roccbox’s safe-touch silicone jacket reduces the risk of skin burns that can often occur with metal bodied ovens.
This model comes with a propane gas burner, But a detachable wood burner is available to purchase seperately making this the ultimate dual fuelled pizza oven.
