The newly designed Genesis gas barbecue -  The biggest grilling inovation in decades.

This barbecue is part of the updated and revised for 2022 Weber Genesis Series of gas barbecues which have all been completely redesigned so that they are totally able to "do it all". The introduction of the new Weber Crafted Gourmet BBQ System of custom-fit grillware will turn any of the Genesis Series into a stir-fry station, pizza oven or rotisserie, thus giving the option to roast, bake or stir-fry providing limitless culinary possibilities.

The Genesis now features Weber’s largest and hottest Sear Zone meaning cooking for two or a crowd and serving fantastic steaks has never been easier. Newly introduced features also include Weber's proprietary PUREBLU high-heat burners these have been meticulously engineered to create the purest, most efficient, even flame to achieve those extraordinary results.

The 435 now has Solid front doors and an expanded storage area that can now house a large 13kg Patio Gas bottle. The Brushed Steel look of the control panel, knobs, handle and trim makes this barbecue much sleeker looking. Above the normal barbecue surface is now an expanable cooking grate, This grate can be expanded to allow you to barbecue even more food than before and it has the capacity to cook/smoke a brisket. If you choose not to expand this grate it can be used as a warming rack instead.

The side burner is situated on the left hand side of the barbecue, This can be used as a shelf/prep area or uncover and use the hob to saute veg or boil sauces. The improved grease management system means you spend less time cleaning the grease travels through the flavourizer bars and into a disposable drip tray. This genesis model now has a square looking lid and more height.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

After use, open lid and turn burners up high. Spray with weber grate cleaner and let the cooking grates burn off until the smoke disappears, brush grates over with a bristled grill brush. 

We recommend that you cover your Weber barbecue whilst not in use.
