Santa's Grotto FAQs

There will be clear signage in store of where the Grotto is located and every 15 minutes there will be availability for 3 or 6 families depending on the day to attend the grotto at one time so there may be a short queue.

All children must be accompanied by at least one adult to enter the Grotto.

We ask that if you can wear a face mask any adults do so unless taking photos. We are happy for children not to wear face masks.

Santa will not be wearing a face mask, but social distancing will be in place.

Yes, if you call the store, we will do our best to allocate you a different time slot or day however Hillmount is unable to refund the tickets if no slots are available. There is also an option to pay for booking protect with Ticket Source when purchasing tickets. 

DO NOT attend the grotto, we will do our best to accommodate a new date for you once you have self-isolated.

If you can book online please do so, however if you are unable to do so give the store a call and we can help.

Due to keeping numbers to a minimum we are expecting on the day availability to be very low. To avoid disappointment, we advise booking in advance.

Yes, feel free to take as many photos as you want. We will also have a professional photographer at the Grotto as a payable extra.

Call the store and we will do our best to change your booking to another day and time.
