Santa's Grotto FAQs

We aim to ensure we provide everyone with the best possible experience.

  • Children must be accompanied by at least one paying adult.
  • You must present your ticket (either digital QR code or a paper copy) on arrival.
  • Tickets are non-refundable.
  • Tickets may be exchanged up to 24 hours prior to your booking time.
  • Photos may be taken throughout the Grotto, and professional photos will be available to purchase.
  • Grotto gifts will be given to all children. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

All children must be accompanied by at least one adult to enter the Grotto.

 
We will try to fit you into the next available slot depending on current booking numbers. 
 
 
There may be up to six families in each timeslot walking through the Grotto at the same time, however, your visit with Santa will be with your family alone.
 
 
Yes, if you call the store, we will do our best to allocate you a different time slot or day however Hillmount is unable to refund the tickets if no slots are available. There is also an option to pay for booking protect with Ticket Source when purchasing tickets. 
 

 To avoid disappointment, we advise booking in advance.

Yes, feel free to take as many photos as you want. We will also have a professional photographer at the Grotto as a payable extra.

Yes. Buggies and wheelchairs can be taken through the grotto. 

Tickets are non-refundable. We can try to offer an alternative booking slot.

There is an option to pay for booking protect with Ticket Source when purchasing your tickets.
