Gozney Roccbox Placement Peel

This pizza peel has been designed specifically for use with the roccbox. This professional grade lightweight pizza peel is designed to make the placement of dough and trays in and out of your oven easier.

Made with aluminium and given a hard anodised finish, Designed exactly the same as larger, commercial use pizza peels. This peel is also tapered on one edge for easy access beneath baked goods or pans, included are perforations to enable excess flour to fall away when making fresh pizza. The perforations also help in allowing steam to escape from cooked/baked goods, resulting in a crispier base. The non-stick surface is also perfect for a smoother transition between the peel's surface and the hot stone floor of your oven.
