The Weber Genesis E-325S is part of the newly revamped 2022 Weber Genesis Range and is packed full of great features.

This barbecue allows you to prep, sear and serve everything outside. Featuring a large Sear zone exactly the same as the other burners This is controlled by the red control knob towards the right hand side of the cooking area.  This extra burner gives you an area on your barbecue with intense heat, perfect for searing your steaks. The stainless steel burners are tapered, this means gas is distributed evenly from front to back, spreading the heat equally around the cooking surface. 

Above the normal cooking grate there is now an Expandable Cooking grate  This grate can be expanded to allow you to barbecue even more food, so the main and side dishes can now be grilled and served at the same time. Choose not to expand and this grate can then be used as a warming rack instead.

The Flavorizer Bars sit straight above the barbecues burners - they get very hot and when fat then hits them, it vaporizes that said fat and turns it into smoke, this is where the flavour comes from.

The Genesis E-325s can house a large 13kg Patio Gas bottle now enclosed behind its solid front doors, making it look sleek and stylish. This sleek new design also includes polished metal handles and control knobs.

Also new is Weber's upgrade on the the Gourmet Barbecue System, Weber have now introduced the Weber Crafted System, Enabling you to add on accesories from pizza stones, sear grates and grill baskets.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Weber recommend opening the lid and turning burners up high after use to the let cooking grates burn off any stuck on food. Spray with weber grate cleaner and simply brush the grates with a bristled grill brush to remove any food debris.  We recommend using Weber's enamel cleaner to keep the lid in top condition.

We recommend that you cover your Weber barbecue whilst not in use.
