The social spark of your garden, The Weber Genesis II E-410 GBS gas barbecue is perfect for a spontaneous get together. With four powerful burners and a high capacity cooking area to ensure everyone eats at the same time, whether you're cooking for the family or for larger groups. The cast iron Gourmet BBQ System cooking grate allows you to explore a variety of menu options, simply replace the removable centre section of the GBS cooking grate and replace with one of the available accessories to create everything from breakfast to roast chicken and pizza on your grill.

The genesis barbecue is solidly built with a double-walled air insulated porcelain-enamelled lid (designed to retain extra heat). The flavourizer bars continue to protect the burners underneath whilst infusing and flavouring the cooking food as fat and food juices fall onto them. Re-housed centrally under the cook box for convenience and ease of access, a new Grease Management System has been introduced to help prevent flare-ups excess fat is cleverly funnelled away from the flames and into a drip tray liner which can easily removed and replaced.

GS4 High Performance Grilling System featured on all Weber Genesis II series gas barbecues. This is an innovative grilling system with four key components:
  • Infinity Crossover Ignition - The grill lights first time, every time
  • Stainless Steel Burners - These new high tech burners ensure constant heat, the unique tapered shape ensure a consistent gas flow from front to back for even heat distribution.
  • Stainless Steel Flavorizer Bars - Perfectly angled to catch fat drippings which provides the smoke for the barbecue flavour.
  • Grease Management System - Reduces the risk of flare-ups, excess fat is funnelled away from the flames and into a drip tray liner which can easily removed and replaced. 

Porcelain Enamel Cooking Grates, included great for holding even and high temperatures, and perfect for searing and enhancing the flavour of whatever you decide to cook. This is coupled with a Tuck Away Warming Rack offering huge versatility and allows you to keep food warm, toasts burger buns, all whilst the main meal grills below. 

The gas bottle is situated to the outside of the unit to maximise internal space for accessories and to make connection to the regulator easier. This barbecue is weather-proof and easy to clean.

    CARE INSTRUCTIONS

    Weber recommend opening the lid and turning burners up high after use to let the cooking grates burn off any stuck on food. Spray weber grate cleaner and simply brush the grates with a bristled grill brush to remove any food debris.  We recommend using Weber's enamel cleaner to keep the lid in top condition.

    We recommend that you cover your Weber BBQ whilst not in use.
