The Weber Performer is packed with all the same great features as the Mastertouch but with the addition of a convenient side table. Truly the ultimate freestanding charcoal barbecue; effortlessly stylish as well as fantastically practical- no back yard cook will ever be the same again! The bowl and lid are made from porcelain-enamel coated steel, protecting the barbecue from corrosion and ensuring it will last for years to come. The steel One Touch cleaning system makes tidying up after a cook a doddle; simply move the blades around the bowl via the handle and collected ash falls into the enclosed ash catcher below, ready to be removed and disposed of cleanly. Mounted in the lid is a handy temperature gauge, meaning you can adjust fuel levels and air intake to cook your food perfectly in a controlled manner.

Like the MasterTouch, it also includes a Slide-Aside lid holder making it convenient to check on your food mid cook without having to put the lid on the ground. The lid also then acts as a windbreak over the grill itself. The air flow is controlled by using the One Touch blades and the rust proof air vent in the lid, giving you complete control over the temperature inside.
The handles of the bowl include tool hooks to keep utensils at a handy distance whilst cooking. This charcoal barbecue is perfect for both direct and indirect grilling, (see the below video for information on this type of cooking)

 

 

This model of barbecue comes with two charcoal fuel baskets to allow you to bank the coals to create different heat zones. The large 57cm diameter cooking area is triple plated for durability and features hinged sides to allow you add extra fuel whilst cooking, without needing to remove the whole grill (and the food) to do so.

The triple plated stainless steel cooking grate also incorporates the Gourmet Barbecue System (GBS) - a removable center section, which is compatible with the Gourmet Barbecue Griddle, Sear Grate, Wok, Poultry Roaster and Pizza Stone, allowing you to cook up a gourmet feast on your grill. Accessories Sold Separately.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Weber recommend opening the lid and turning burners up high after use to let the cooking grates burn off any stuck on food. Spray weber grate cleaner and simply brush the grates with a bristled grill brush to remove any food debris.  We recommend using Weber's enamel cleaner to keep the lid in top condition.

we reccommend the weber cover to give your barbecue extra protection when not in use.
