WEBER GOURMET BBQ SYSTEM POULTRY ROASTER (8838)

Introduced in 2013, the Weber Gourmet BBQ System Poultry Roaster is designed to slot into the 30cm central removable centre of any Weber Gourmet BBQ System grate (which includes those found on the Weber Spirit 3-burner, Genesis and Summit gas barbecues, as well as most 57cm charcoal barbecues where the grate is fitted). To use, simply add beer or stock to the centre core of the Poultry Roaster and fit your poultry over the top and slowly cook with the barbecue lid down for succulent and tasty meat. The Weber Gourmet BBQ System really takes barbecuing to another level.

The poultry roaster is designed to maximise the flavour of roasted chickens when cooked on a barbecue with cut out holes allowing heat to penetrate and fat to escape. The juices run from the roasting chicken into the roaster and out onto the coals or Flavorizer Bars from where they evaporate up into the hood of the barbecue around the roasting chicken.

To enhance the taste of the chicken even more fill the bottom of the roaster with vegetables and pour anything to you want to flavour the chicken with, such as beer, cider, wine, lemon juice, or what ever you fancy, into the central cup of the roaster and then put the chicken on top.
