The Spirit II E-210 is a perfect starter barbecue for those wanting to get into grilling. With its simple and convenient design and high performance grilling system, it is one of our top selling Weber barbecues here at Hillmount. The Spirit II series comes in 2 or 3 burner models - This model the E-210 has 2 burners. 

When deciding between 2 or 3 burners, take in to account the size of the barbecue for storage, the amount of people you will normally be cooking for, and they type of cooking you will be doing. With a 3 burner it is easier to do "indirect" cooking (for more information on direct and indirect cooking, click here or watch the videos in the Video tab below).

The E-210 is small enough for a balcony or small patio area, but has the grilling capacity suitable for a small family. The barbecues open cart design allows easy access to your accessories, and the tool hooks are great for keeping you utensils close at hand. When you have finished cooking, one of the side tables can be folded down, and you can move the barbecue along on its 2 all-weather wheels to be stored compactly. 

Cooking at the right temperature is made easy with the built in thermometer, and there is a handy warming rack to keep the food warm until ready for serving. Another fantastic gadget that is well worth investing in is the Weber Connect Smart Grilling Hub. This monitors the temperature of your food while you are cooking which you can view on the Weber app on your phone. It will also give you tips and advice on how to cook will tell you when your food is ready, set timers and even tell you when to flip your steak! The short clip belows shows how it works.

The Spirit II series grills have the Gourmet Barbecue System (GBS) cooking grates, making them compatible with a wide range of specialist accessories such as pizza stones, griddles and poultry roasters, all available to buy separately. The GBS grill has a removable circular centre that can be replaced with an accessory of your choice - specifically designed for what you would like to cook. Have a look at the video tab below for an example of a delicious recipe you can make with some of the accessories.

The Spirit Series also features the GS4 system - which stands for "Grilling System 4" - with four main features: The Infinity Ignition which guarentees to light your BBQ easily first time at the push of a button; High performance stainless steel burners which have been specially designed to last longer, and ensures that the gas flow is constant and even; Flavouriser bars which catch the fat dripping off your food to prevent flames flaring up, and also result in the fat smoking and flavouring your food; and the grease management system which provides a clean and easy way to catch any remaining fat for less messy cleanup and disposal.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Clean your barbecue after every use, by brushing any food debris off the grates before cleaning with Weber Grate Cleaner and hot soapy water, then dry with a microfibre cloth. We recommend using Weber's enamel cleaner to keep the lid in top condition

We recommend that you cover your Weber barbecue whilst not in use. You can purchase the Weber Premium Grill Cover for the Spirit II 200 series (7182)
