Santa’s Grotto at Hillmount

Every Christmas Eve we invite you to bring your dog to visit Santa at Hillmount Belfast. This year we would appreciate if you could pre-book your tickets so we can keep everyone safe. Your ticket will include entry to the grotto for your dog and up to 3 guests. There will be loads of photo opportunities, the chance to meet Santa, and a special gift for your dog. Please ensure your dog is well behaved and kept on a lead to ensure they get on Santa's nice list. Any misbehaving pups could be asked to leave the grotto. This event is exclusively for your dog however you can bring children alongside your furry friend with a maximum of three people per ticket. There won't be access to the Grotto if you book a ticket but don't bring a dog with you.

There will be the option to purchase professional photos on the day at an extra cost.

More Info!

• Please arrive a few minutes before your allocated time
• Each ticket is valid for 1 dog and up to three people to enter the grotto. This is to keep social distancing measures in place
• If you have multiple dogs, you will need to purchase a ticket per dog
• You may be asked to wait without joining the queue if you arrive significantly early or lose your timeslot if you are significantly late for your booking time
• Please note there will be a queue. The time slots are for us to minimise how many groups we have in the grotto in every 15-minute period
• To make our grotto more spacious the meeting point for Santa will be under a canopy outside the grotto so make sure to wrap up warm
• Advance booking is strongly advised to avoid disappointment. Hillmount are unable to process refunds however there is an option to pay for booking protect with Ticket Source when purchasing tickets
• Where a session is SOLD OUT – we are sorry but there are currently no more tickets available for that time slot
• Feel free to take your own photos in and around the Grotto, we will also have a professional photographer if you would like to capture that special moment. This service is a payable extra on the day and not included in the ticket price
