The Broil King Gem 310 Shadow Gas Barbecue has been designed with smaller families and couples in mind. Its an ideal barbecue for tight spaces, smaller patios, terraces or balconies. This barbecue is packed with great features that would be found on much larger barbecues such as it's 3 powerful stainless steel side ported burners. A cast iron cooking surface which gives superior heat retention. Another great feature is the Sure-Lite electronic ignition system ensuring easy lighting. The lid and cookbox are constructed from cast aluminium creating a barbecue that may be compact, but is still built to last.

The Flav-R-Cast Iron Cooking Grids have been designed for greater efficiency with superior heat retention created by their tight spacing and shaping giving fantastic searing power to seal in juices for maximum taste. They feature two easily reversable sides with one pointed side concentrating heat creating perfect sear marks on a steak with the flip side grooved for non stop basting.

We recommend using a Broil King Select Series cover on your barbecue when not in use. These are crafted from durable and weather resistant PVC / 500 x 300 denier polyester lining. These durable covers feature hook-and-loop tabs that secure the cover around the grill, polyester handles for easy removal, hanging loops for convenient storage and the Broil King brand logo on the front.
