We hope that you are staying safe and keeping well.

As announced by the NI Executive and following much media speculation, our family will be reopening our garden lifestyle businesses at Hillmount Ards, Hillmount Bangor and Hillmount Belfast on Monday 18th May.

We are planning to reopen in accordance with government guidelines and the safety of our staff and you, our customers, is paramount, so we would appeal that when we reopen at 9.00am on Monday you adhere to the safety measures that we have installed.

We are thankful for the continued business from our customers who have been shopping online during lockdown and we appreciate that you will be excited to once again be able to come to our garden centres to choose your own plants

You will see some changes when you arrive at Hillmount. We would ask for your own safety and the safety of others that you adhere to socially distanced queuing and accept that we will only be permitting a limited number of visitors into each store at any given time. Our greeting staff will inform you when it is safe for you to enter as we cannot risk overcrowding the garden centres or putting other visitors in danger. Where possible we would ask for the minimum number of people per household to visit at one time . Each shopper will be required to use a trolley to assist with social distancing. We hope you understand pets will not be admitted to any of our garden centres & play areas will be closed until restrictions are eased further.

Please respect our staff who will be wearing protective equipment and will ensure your shopping experience is a safe and pleasant one. They have been and will continue to clean public areas, disinfect trolley handles, wipe counter tops and card machines after each use. Hand sanitisers are situated throughout the garden centre for your convenience.

To maintain social distancing please consider using cashless methods of payment.

We will be open from 9am to 5pm Mon-Sat and 1-5pm Sundays, we have an abundance of stock so there will be no need to rush your visit to buy your bedding plants, hanging baskets, garden furniture, BBQs or shrubs.

Our coffee shops will remain closed for the foreseeable future.

We hope and trust that you will work with us to make your visit to Hillmount a pleasurable one.

As restrictions relax we will revisit the precautions and procedures for shopping at Hillmount and inform you of any changes as and when they happen.

Until the day when we can welcome you back to spend the day wandering around Hillmount and enjoying your morning coffee, lunch or afternoon tea in our cafes again please stay safe and take care.
