Weber® Master-Touch® GBS® E-5750 Charcoal Barbeque 57cm

The Master-Touch E-5750 Charcoal barbecue is a great choice for people who love the taste and feel of cooking traditionally over charcoal, but would love the extra handy features that the Master-Touch range brings. There are 4 different types of 57cm Kettle barbecues, and this one is the top of the range with the most features.

The bowl and lid are nice and deep, meaning that there is more space for larger items, such as roasts, and also means that there is more room for the heat to circulate inside allowing both direct and indirect methods of cooking. Some other handy features on this Master-Touch are a lid holder - leaving both hands free to manage your cooking, tool hooks on your lid handle and longer legs than other models, making for a more comfortable cooking height.

The Master-Touch comes with the GBS cooking grate as standard, and is hinged in this model making it easier to lift and add more charcoal for example, without having to lift out the whole grate. The GBS system (Gourmet BBQ System) is Weber's innovative method of allowing you to replace the round middle section of your cooking grate with a wide range of specialised accessories - such as a pizza stone, wok, dutch oven and griddle.

The E-5750 also comes with two charcoal baskets as standard, allowing you to have more control over where you want your heat in the barbecue. CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

Brush your cooking grate using a metal brush while the grate is still warm. Once you have most of it cleaned off, spray with grate cleaner and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Brush again and then rinse clean.  Wipe the lid and outer surfaces using a soft cloth. Have a look at the videos below for more tips.
